Unified Vision: The Power of Arts Together is a statewide professional development initiative led by ArtsEd Tennessee in partnership with the Tennessee Theatre Educators Association, Tennessee Music Education Association, and Tennessee Arts Education Association. It delivers high-quality, standards-aligned training to arts educators in rural and underserved communities across Tennessee.

Through in-person workshops and virtual sessions, Unified Vision supports teachers in theatre, choir, instrumental music, visual art, and general music. The program emphasizes cross-disciplinary collaboration and equitable access to professional learning—empowering educators to improve instruction and boost student engagement, no matter where they teach.

Unified Vision meets a critical need: arts educators, especially in rural areas, often lack access to ongoing support and peer collaboration—key factors in teacher retention and well-being. This initiative builds community across Tennessee’s three grand divisions to close that gap.

Our ultimate goal is a more vibrant educational landscape—where every student, regardless of zip code or school budget, benefits from inspiring, well-supported arts instruction led by confident, connected educators.
